Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Streako mobile app and the streako.pro website. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Streako.

The service

Streako is a habit streak app. A streak advances when you pass a spot-check: you take a short burst of photos when the app pings you, and an automated system decides whether you are doing the chosen activity. Spot-checks run on the phone app only. This website is informational.

Automated checks can be wrong

Verification uses AI and is not perfect. We tune it to favour you and offer one re-capture before a check fails, but a check can still pass or fail incorrectly. Streako is a motivational tool, not proof for legal, medical, employment or any other formal purpose.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for using the app honestly. Do not submit photos of other people without their permission, photos that are unlawful, or images meant to fool the check. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Subscriptions

Streako has a free plan and an optional Pro plan billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you cancel and manage them in your store account. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policies.

Experimental features

Custom activities are experimental and checked more leniently than the listed activities. They are not benchmarked.

Availability

We aim to keep Streako running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product develops.

Intellectual property

Streako, its mascot, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. You keep ownership of your own content.

Limits of liability

Streako is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a lost streak. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be excluded.

Ending your use

You can stop using Streako and delete your account in Settings at any time. See our Privacy Policy for what that removes.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Streako after a change means you accept it.
